As such, the Subsidiary follows the Parent Company’s strategy of offering special discounts every week and special deals every month. The Subsidiary ensures to source products only from reliable and licensed manufacturers and dealers. In year 1, the Subsidiary solely carries products manufactured and produced in Canada while Mr. Hassan Pour processes the documents and requirements for an import license. At the start of year 2 or as soon as the license is issued, the Subsidiary starts importing canned foods and other specialty food products from Iran to offer in its store in Canada. The Subsidiary commits to provide and deliver its products with ease to improve total customer satisfaction The Subsidiary’s operations be anchored on the Subsidiary’s values and professional ethics as it demonstrates its commitment to quality and excellence. The Subsidiary locates its office in Vaughan, Ontario, and operate Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Subsidiary believes that Ontario is a strategic location due to the increasing population in the province, which stimulates demand for grocery products. Ontario, with an estimated 2,180 food manufacturing establishments, is considered a hub for food production. The Subsidiary takes advantage of Vaughan’s location to directly source its products from reputable manufacturers in Ontario to reduce costs and optimize its profits. Since the demand for the Subsidiary’s products are driven by population density and growth, the Subsidiary’s marketing efforts focuses on the cities and municipalities in the Greater Toronto Area to cater to a larger market, leveraging the current and increasing population in the area. Moreover, the Subsidiary takes note of the high concentration of Iranian-Canadian residents in the province to obtain substantial demand for its products. Given the area’s favourable business environment, the Subsidiary anticipates acquiring ample opportunities to support the continuous growth and expansion of the business in Ontario.

Mr. Hassan Pour

Executive Director

Mr. Hassan Pour spearheads the establishment of the Subsidiary’s operations in Canada as the owner and Executive Director. He leverages his active involvement in managing the operations of the Parent Company as its owner and Managing Director. In March 1999, Mr. Hassan Pour founded the Iran Real Estate Agency in Tehran, Iran and worked as its Executive Manager. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Hassan Pour led, built, and managed the operational activities of the agency, including its work order system. In addition, Mr. Hassan Pour located and acquired new properties as requested by the clients. He ensured files, production orders, and operational flow complies with all the regulatory requirements. While managing the agency, Mr. Hassan Pour pursued his education from 2005 until 2010 and took up a Bachelor’s degree in the Field of Law from the Islamic Azad University. In September 2021, he founded the Parent Company and worked as its Managing Director. Mr. Hassan Pour has substantially contributed to the Parent Company’s budding but remarkable success by passionately managing and optimizing its operating performance. As the owner and Managing Director, Mr. Hassan Pour develops sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and profit generation. His working experiences solidified his leadership and staff management skills, as well as business strategic planning skills. Mr. Hassan Pour’s background allows him to deeply understand the industry’s intricacies. Mr. Hassan Pour establishes the Subsidiary following the legal requirements and business ethics. Moreover, Mr. Hassan Pour aims to transfer his knowledge and skills to the Canadian workforce – both the technical and practical aspects of market success. As the Subsidiary’s owner and Executive Director, Mr. Hassan Pour be in charge of staff management, business development strategies, client relations, and the development of sales and marketing strategies. He implements policies and concrete objectives through effective management and strategic decision-making.
